I had a great weekend! The room was super spacious and came with a gorgeous view of the sea, which was a nice surprise. The free shuttle service made getting to Disney super easy, and I loved that it also offered transfers to the metro for exploring other parts of the city. The staff were really friendly and accommodating, definitely added to the experience!

Location: the hotel was close enough to Very close to train station, and Tokyo Disneyland and DisneySea. The room was well laid out and new-fashioned, with central heating, a private safe and multi-channel television. The breakfast was reasonably good, the check in was early.

The bellhop promptly assisted us, taking our luggage to the room, which was a wonderful touch.

I did encounter a minor issue with the Wi-Fi speed, which was occasionally slow. While this didn’t ruin my trip, it was slightly inconvenient when trying to plan our daily activities.

Our family was eager to visit Tokyo Disneyland, and we chose the Maihama for its ideal location. To our delight, we found the complimentary wireless Internet access to be a standout feature, which allowed us to share moments from our trip in real-time. We enjoyed dining at Fine Terrace, where the international cuisine, particularly the delicious breakfast options, catered perfectly to our diverse tastes. The convenience of the on-site convenience store also made our late-night snack cravings a breeze.

The complimentary shuttle to Disneyland was a real plus, and with various amenities like vending machines and a convenience store, our late-night snack cravings were easily satisfied. Plus, the wellness facilities offered the perfect relaxation after a busy day. Highly recommended!

I was really let down by the room's cleanliness-some of the pajamas were dirty, which is such a turn-off. On top of that, the clock didn't even work, and the lobby had this strange smell that was hard to ignore.

I had an amazing Christmas stay! The hotel's location is unbeatable, just a short shuttle ride to Disneyland and DisneySea. Plus, it's close to a mall with lots of dining options if you want a break from park food. The breakfast buffet was delicious and had tons of choices. I also loved the spacious room, perfect for my family, and their super helpful staff made our stay even better!

The only downside was that the hotel restaurant closed early, so we were limited on dinner options. We ended up grabbing ramen from the store, but it would’ve been nice to have more choices. if you're looking for nightlife or activities, this place is pretty quiet—great for families but not so much for party-goers!

Consider visiting the small bakery and convenience store on the first floor for quick snacks and treats during your stay.

I had a great stay! The location was perfect for Disney, with convenient shuttles to both parks and easy access to public transport. I loved enjoying the fireworks right from my room - such a magical surprise! Plus, the staff was super helpful and the room was spacious and clean, which was fantastic for my family.

On the downside, there was a bit of an issue with the shuttle not running early enough for our plans, so we had to grab a taxi instead. some amenities like a working clock were missing, but nothing major thankfully!
